Timeo

Timéo is an application for Windows that was developed with a very clear goal in mind: to help you efficiently manage your time and your projects. You see, this is a versatile project management tool and time tracking solution. Use it to plan new projects, manage existing projects, and track the time you spend working on projects.

You can use Timéo on a PC powered by a 32 or 64-bit version of Windows 8, 7, Vista, or XP SP3. A wizard will help you install the application; and then another wizard will help you quickly configure it. The configuration wizard will ask you to pick a supported language, choose where program data will be saved, and enter a name for the first user. The configuration wizard will also invite you to import some demo data.

The application’s interface is made up of a main calendar panel, a users panel, a projects/activities panel, a projects tracking panel, and a handy toolbar with links to various functions the application has to offer. From the View menu you can customize your visual experience. You can pick and choose which elements will be displayed on the interface and you can pick one of multiple looks for the interface.

With the aim of helping you manage your projects and your time, Timéo puts the following features at your disposal: create and manage projects; scheduling engine that calculates how much time a project will require; built-in timer that keeps track of the time you spend working on projects; isolate tasks that need your immediate attention; follow the progress of your projects; a wizard will help you generate reports.

There are two Timéo editions to choose from: Personal and Professional. The trial version that you will install on your PC will allow you to choose the edition you want to use. When you launch the Timéo trial, a prompt will inform you of the trial version’s limitations and will allow you to choose the edition you want to evaluate.
